Brighton, Liverpool, West Ham and Rangers play their final group games on Thursday, 14 December

Brighton & Hove Albion, Liverpool, West Ham United, and Rangers continue their Europa League campaigns this week, and you can watch their final group stage games live on TNT Sports.

West Ham has guaranteed their place in the knockout stages with a 1-0 win over Serbian outfit Bačka Topola, but will be keen on securing the top spot and a place in the round of 16 as they take on 2nd place SC Freiburg. Action gets underway at 8pm on TNT Sports 1.

Scottish side Rangers will need a win if they’re to guarantee qualification following a 1-1 draw with Aris Limassol. They face top-of-the-table Real Betis in a crunch game that gets underway at 8pm on TNT Sports 3.

Brighton & Hove Albion secured their first-ever place in a European knockout stage with a crucial 1-0 win over AEK Athens, and could top the group with a victory over current leaders Marseille. Kick-off gets underway at 8pm on TNT Sports 2.

Liverpool solidified their top spot and a place in the last 16 with a comfortable 4-0 win over LASK, but could have a say in who qualifies behind them as they travel to Belgium for a 5.45pm kick-off against Union Saint-Gilloise on TNT Sports 2.

How to watch the Europa League in the UK: TNT Sports (part of Discovery+ Premium)

TNT Sports replaced BT Sport in July 2023 and is the only place to watch live Europa League action during the 2023/24 season. It will show every single game live across its ten channels, four of which are available on your TV – TNT Sports 1, TNT Sports 2, TNT Sports 3, TNT Sports 4 – with the other six accessible digitally via the red button.

The platform is part of the Discovery+ network, which is included with BT TV. If you’re an existing BT TV subscriber or have a BT Sport Monthly Pass, you can activate your Discovery+ subscription here. You can also access TNT Sports via the old BT Sport app, though this will be phased out at some point during the season.

New customers can check out the various BT TV packages available here, with fibre broadband and access to the TNT Sports channels currently priced at £47/mth for 24 months plus an upfront fee of £30. Sky TV owners, meanwhile, can add TNT Sports to their Sky package for £25/mth on a 24-month deal.

The simplest way to access TNT Sports, however, is by subscribing to Discovery+ Premium, which doesn’t require you to sign up for a long-term contract and costs £29.99/mth.

How to watch the Europa League abroad: use a good VPN service

Many streaming services apply geographical restrictions to their content, meaning you won’t be able to access your normal content library when you’re outside your home country (on holiday, say). The only way around this is to use a good VPN service. VPNs (virtual private networks) use technical wizardry to change your device’s IP address so that you can virtually browse from anywhere in the world that you want. This is extremely important, especially if you want to secure your online activities from snoopers, including your ISP, mobile servicer provider and other hackers.
