This Fitbit Versa deal makes it cheaper than the Versa Lite

Amazon has slashed the prices of the Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Charge 3

You can currently grab a Fitbit Versa for £141 on Amazon as part of the retailer’s spring sale.

That’s a 30% saving from the recommended retail price of £200; a bargain considering this actually makes the Versa cheaper than the Versa Lite.

The Fitbit Versa is almost identical in features to the older Fitbit Ionic, albeit without in-built GPS. That’s a real limitation if you’re someone who likes to accurately record outdoor runs without bringing your phone along, but if you can forgive it this then you’ll find the Versa to be a solid smartwatch.

In our Fitbit Versa review, we praised its design and range of tracking modes, from swimming to sleep analysis. “There’s a lot to like about the Fitbit Versa,” wrote lifestyle and fitness editor Edward Munn. “It looks and feels better than any other smartwatch that I’ve tested under £200, it’s considerably lighter and less bulky than all of its rivals, and then there’s the outstanding battery life.”

That battery means you’ll only need to charge the Versa twice a week, all the better for tracking 24/7 heart rate and calorie burn. It’s an impressive set of features, particularly at the current deal price.

As well as the Versa, Amazon has cut the price of the Fitbit Charge 3, down from £150 to £109. In our review of the smartwatch, we found a lot to like with its battery and lightweight design, but felt it was let down by an unresponsive screen. Still, for just over £100, that’s not a bad price for a comfortable and stylish looking fitness tracker.
