Kodak SV811 review
Our Rating

The SV811's fascia isn't that attravailable, but you can buy a range of clip-on replacements.
Fortunately, image quality is excellent. Pictures look crisp and steady, with no shimmering or graininess. Colours are vibrant and skin tones realistic. Colour transitions are handled well, with no banding, and images have high contrast.
The display has a wide aspect ratio. You can choose to see photos in their original state or cropped to fit, and change the orientation of images in the settings menu. Slideshow intervals can be set from three seconds to one hour. The menu system is easy to navigate and reacts quickly to your inputs. There's 128MB of built-in memory, but this will accommodate only a small numbers of photos. Power consumption is just 6W, and there's an auto on/off timer as well.
The SV811 has everything you need from a photo frame at a very reasonable price, although you may need to set aside around £12 for a more attractive fascia.
