THIS PART OF THIS REVIEW IS NOT TRUE:

If you later decide you want or need more GPU power, then there's room
to add a dedicated graphics card thanks to a vacant PCI-E x16 slot.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO USE AN EXTERNAL GRAPHIC CARD IN THIS MODEL, CUSTOM MEDION BIOS WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE ANY OTHER GRAPHIC CARD BUT THE INTEGRATED AMD Radeon HD 7660D !!!
I tried to use external HD 7750 but BIOS won't let you start.

Is this true? I just ordered an ATI HD7850 card to pair with this model.
Are you sure you are trying to crossfire both the intergrated graphics and the external? I know the highest card you can do this with is the 6670, so that may be your issue.

I did not try to crossfire external HD 7750 and integrated HD 7660D, that is probably not possible, I just tried to replace integrated GPU by external GPU and that didn't work, because when you turn on your PC it will halt on error from BIOS. I searched web for answers and found one man from Germany who experienced exactly the same problem, his Medion PC did not accept external GPU, BIOS won't allow you to do it. Very stupid policy by manufacturer, they are probably afraid that someone might destroy this product by using too demanding GPU (PSU is too weak for most gaming GPUs, that is why I used HD 7750 which is not very power hungry, it doesn't even need additional 6-pin power supply cable, you just plug it in without external power source).
