In Three’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday broadband deals, you can score a free Samsung Chromebook 4+ when you sign up for Three 4G or 5G broadband. The Black Friday deals event is in full swing at Three, and while the mobile network has plenty of excellent offers available right now, it’s this one that has caught our eye.
Why? First off, that’s a £379 Chromebook from Samsung you’re getting for free; and second, the Three broadband package in question is the brand’s 5G offering with unlimited data and average speeds of 100Mbits/sec. And then there’s the fact that the entire package comes in at £30/mth, which is a remarkably low sum for what you’re getting.
If you live in an area that gets decent 5G coverage and you fancy saving a load of money and gaining a free Chromebook in the process, this Three broadband deal is a no-brainer.
Even if you don’t get a 5G signal where you live, however, you can still score a freebie. Opt for either the 4G or 4G Plus home broadband and you can nab yourself one of the following products/product combinations:
- Nest Audio and Nest Hub (24-month plan only)
- Nest Audio (12-month plan only)
- Echo Show 5 (12-month plan only)
- Apple TV HD (24-month plan only)
Better yet, these products are also available to anyone who wants to sign up for Three’s 5G package but doesn’t much like the idea of a free Samsung Chromebook.
None of these admittedly excellent bundles can quite compete with our favourite where value for money is concerned, though: Three’s 4G and 4G Plus packages currently sit at £14/mth and £17/mth respectively, and the freebies (the most expensive of which is the £139 Apple TV HD) add at least £8 on top.
If it’s bang for your buck that you’re after, a free Samsung Chromebook 4+ is definitely the way to go. The £379 model you’re getting has a 15.6in Full HD LED display with 64GB of M3 SSD storage and 4GB of RAM inside. It has two USB-C ports capable of outputting video at 4K plus a single USB-A 3 port and even a microSD reader, as well as two 1.5W speakers, a 720p webcam and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
At just under 1.8kg and measuring 16.5mm tall with the lid closed, it’s impressively light and slim, too. We reckon it’s a good match for Three’s fastest home broadband package, so act now to avoid missing out.
