Help Expert Reviews choose the best insurance provider of the year

Is your insurance provider worth bragging (or moaning) about? Take a moment to fill in our survey and you could win a £250 Amazon voucher

Insurance is a fundamental part of daily life: from homes to holidays, weddings to illnesses, appliances to pets, if you don’t want to be stung in the event of a worst-case scenario, you’ll want to invest in some form of cover.

The process should be crystal clear and hassle-free, so you can get back to the fun stuff. But a quick glance at a comparison website will often lead you to choose a policy based on cost alone. We believe the quality of customer care and communication offered by the insurer is equally important, if not more so: after all, you won’t know how easy it is to claim on your insurance until the worst happens.

In other words, it pays to have an idea of how well your potential insurance provider will handle your claim, should you need to make one. But how exactly do you achieve this?

At Expert Reviews, we think that asking for your feedback is the most effective way of demystifying the often-overwhelming world of insurance providers. We want to know exactly what you think of your current insurer – expletives and all – so that we can provide our readers with the best possible guidance when it comes to picking out a new policy.

That’s why we’re running this survey to find the best insurance providers on the market. Below, you’ll have an opportunity to express yourself: whether you’ve recently made a successful and painless claim on your insurance, or you’ve had a less pleasant experience with your provider, we’d love to hear from you. Please do take a moment to respond to our survey – it shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes, and to say thank you, we’ll enter you into a competition to win a £250 Amazon voucher.
