Amazon sale: Deals on “Hidden Gems” ahead of Black Friday

Amazon is cutting down the price of products from small businesses, as part of the online retailer’s new Hidden Gems sale.
The five-day sale is, in Amazon’s words, aimed at “unique products from small businesses, top sellers and innovative start-ups”, including kitsch footwear merchants Happy Socks and Australian skincare experts Sand and Sky.
If you’re in the market for a Roomba-like device, you’ll find £80 knocked from the cost of the Eufy RoboVac vacuum. Elsewhere, Amazon is cutting 25% off find. beauty’s makeup range and Amfit sports nutrition.
Over the same period, Amazon is also running deals on its own Amazon Basics range, as well as Umi by Amazon and Eono by Amazon, which encompass home & kitchen and outdoor & travel products respectively. And, perhaps inevitably, Amazon is also discounting its Echo Dot smart speaker, reducing the price from £50 to £35.
Amongst the other products included in the Hidden Gems sale are offers on the neck support Trtl pillow (down from £25 to £18), the Liforme eco-friendly Yoga Mat (down from £105 to £79) and the Levoit air purifier (down from £70 to £49).
It’s a mixed bag, covering everything from health and beauty to graphics drawing pads, but worth having a poke around for bargains ahead of the bigger sales hitting later in the month for Black Friday.
