Until 22 December, Virgin Media is offering new customers the choice between £200 off their bills or a free Xbox Series S console – worth £250 – when they switch to select broadband and TV packages. It’s also waived its setup fee as another early Christmas present. The £200 saving comes in the form of bill credit that’s automatically applied to your bills until it has all been used.
There are a number of 18-month packages included in this offer, meaning that whatever your broadband requirements and television preferences, there’s something for you. The Bigger bundle + Movies package comes with a 362Mbits/sec average download speed and includes Sky Cinema, BT Sport and a host of other Sky channels, all for £57/mth. If you opt for the £200 bill credit, this effectively brings the average monthly cost down to just £46/mth, although the savings will all come in the first few months of your contract.
For sports lovers, the Bigger bundle + Sports package includes Sky Sports and BT Sports channels among a host of others, and an average download speed of 132Mbits/sec. This costs £72/mth or £61/mth with the £200 bill credit. The Ultimate Volt bundle offers the fastest broadband speeds, with an average download speed of 1130Mbits/sec and includes Sky Cinema and Sky Sports. This will set you back £85/mth, or £74/mth with the bill credit. Or, prioritise TV with the Biggest TV bundle package, which comes with Sky entertainment channels, Sky Cinema and Sky Sports among its 210 TV channels, plus a 132Mbits/sec average download speed. This is priced at £87/mth but comes down to £76/mth on average with the bill credit.
Whilst the £200 saving on your bill is incredibly attractive, the Xbox Series S is an equally enticing reward.
