Save up to £144 in the BT Broadband Christmas and New Year deals
From 24 December until the 16 January, BT has knocked up to £6 a month off the price of its Superfast Fibre plans
Struggling for a last-minute Christmas gift? Nothing says “I love you” better than the gift of cheap Wi-Fi.
Alright, that’s a bit of a stretch but if you are on the lookout for a new broadband deal you can take advantage of BT’s Christmas and New Year offers.
From 24 December until the 16 January, BT has knocked a fiver off the monthly price of its Superfast Fibre Essential and Superfast Fibre 2 plans, and £6 off the BT Superfast Fibre package.
These prices take the Essential plan from £29.99 down to £24.99 a month; the Superfast Fibre plan from £35.99 a month down to £29.99 a month; and the Superfast Fibre 2 plan from £39.99 a month down to £34.99 a month.
It is worth pointing out that these are the same reductions that were made in the Black Friday sales but if you missed out then, here is your chance to get them now. BT Broadband Christmas and New Year deals
Superfast Fibre Essential (was £30 a month, now £25 a month)
The Superfast Fibre Essential package is now £25 a month, down from £30, representing a total saving of £120 over the course of the contract’s 24 months. This includes BT line rental but comes with a £19.99 upfront fee. It offers average speeds of 36Mbits/sec and comes with a BT Smart Hub and BT Protect Virus for two devices.
Superfast Fibre (was £35 a month, now £30 a month)
BT’s Superfast Fibre plan offers everything available on the Essential package but boosts average speeds to 50Mbits/sec for £36 a month. In the BT Christmas and New Year deals, the monthly cost has dropped to £30, saving you £144 over the course of the two-year contract.
Superfast Fibre 2 (Was £40 a month, now £35 a month)
The fastest of the Superfast packages, Fibre 2 offers average speeds of 67Mbits/sec and now costs £35 a month, rather than £40 – a saving of £120.
