TalkTalk deals: Get MASSIVE free gifts with these broadband plans

Who doesn't like a generous free gift? TalkTalk certainly does and is offering reward cards worth up to £100 with its broadband plans

These TalkTalk deals will be catnip to money-savers, especially given the tough financial times we live in. Not only is the internet service provider (ISP) offering competitive rates, but it’s also throwing in lavish Mastercard-powered gift cards that you can spend on Amazon, more or less anywhere online and even in supermarkets such as Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s. For instance, you can pick up an average download speed of 152Mbits/sec for £32/mth on an 18-month contract, as well as a £50 gift card. That will go a long way toward a weekly shop.

If you have a need for more speed, there are two more TalkTalk deals to pick from: an average download speed of 525Mbits/sec for £39/mth on an 18-month contract with a £75 gift card or even 944Mbits/sec for £49/mth with a whopping £100 gift card. Those are both deals that undercut a lot of the broadband market, although we still have some reservations about TalkTalk’s customer support.

Still, you’d be hard-pressed to find better combinations of free gifts and eye-catching broadband tariffs than these TalkTalk deals. Just make sure you get in there as quickly as possible because they’ll be expiring soon.

So what kind of service will you be getting? In our latest TalkTalk review, we praised the service provider’s reliable Wi-Fi 6 routers (you’ll get an Amazon Eero 6 device with all of the deals above), solid reliability and wider geographical coverage than many of its broadband rivals. However, we weren’t so impressed with its below-par customer service and steadily growing prices.

Still, given you’d pay £45/mth to get 500Mbits/sec from BT on a two-year contract, you’re still getting very decent deals – and that’s even before you take those brilliant freebies into account. In fact, it’s very unusual to get gift cards that you can spend in such a wide range of places and the supermarket angle is particularly useful as food prices continue to rise.
