How to watch Avengers Infinity War
Avengers Endgame releases on 25 April in the UK and 26 April in the US. Here's how to watch Infinity War to prepare yourself for Endgame
Marvel 2019’s blockbuster Avengers Endgame has released in some part of Europe and if early reviews are anything to go by, this could be one of – if not – the biggest film of 2019.
Review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes has given it a 97% rating, calling it “exciting, entertaining and emotionally impactful” and most websites have given it a four or five-star review.
Avengers Infinity War is the culmination of everything you need to watch before watching the upcoming Endgame. Marvel’s cinematic masterpiece is not only the highest-grossing movie of 2018, but one of the highest-grossing movies of all time.
April 2019 will go down as a milestone month for both TV and cinema. On TV, the worldwide smash-hit Game of Thrones has returned for its eighth and final season. In cinema, the (remaining) Avengers – as we know them – assemble one last time to take down Thanos and his seemingly invincible Infinity Gauntlet in Endgame.

Even though Game of Thrones is more of a definitive end to a series, Endgame will be a seminal moment for the Avengers franchise. It’s almost a given that Endgame will mark the exit of a few key superheroes we’ve come to love and move the spotlight onto the newer recruits, such as Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, Black Widow, Spiderman, Bucky and Falcon.

Here are a few ways you can watch Avengers Infinity War legally in the UK and US.
How to watch Avengers Infinity War: Sky TV
If you have Sky TV with the Sky Cinema package, you may have already noticed the movie playing almost every evening. Sky changes its Cinema package as and when new deals appear. At the moment, you can add Sky Cinema to your existing Sky TV package for £11 a month, but you’re tied to an 18-month contract.
After you’ve done that, you can navigate to Sky Cinema from your main Sky TV screen. You’ll find Infinity War in the Superheroes menu on the left. Alternatively, you can go to the Avengers Infinity War page on Sky and log in to your account to see options to record, watch or download it.
If you don’t have Sky, you’ll first need to sign up to Sky TV and get a Sky Q box, which we’ve reviewed glowingly here. It’s a great investment even though you need to pay a one-time setup fee.

How to stream Avengers Infinity War: Now TV
If you don’t have Sky TV, then the only other way you can watch Avengers Infinity War in the UK is by purchasing a Now TV Sky Cinema Pass. You get a seven-day free trial, after which the Pass costs £11.99 a month. If you love movies it’s worth it because you get instant access to over 1,000 movies and 11 Sky Cinema channels that you can watch on any device.

Buy and watch Avengers Infinity War: Amazon Prime
If you’ve subscribed to Amazon Prime, you can buy and watch Avengers Infinity War after logging into your account. There are three options depending on what quality you want to watch the movie in. You can purchase it in SD for £9.99, HD for £13.99 or UHD for £17.99.
Buy and watch Avengers Infinity War on Android or iOS
If you prefer watching movies on your phone or tablet, then its a good idea to purchase the movie directly on your device, so you can watch it at your convenience, or stream it to compatible devices in your home.
Avengers Infinity War is available to buy on the Google Play Store and iTunes on iOS. On both platforms, the movie costs £9.99 if you choose to buy the SD version, and £13.99 if you prefer HD.

Stream on Netflix
Avengers Infinity War is available to stream on Netflix in the US, alongside Marvel’s 2017 blockbusters Thor Ragnarok and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, and last year’s Oscar-nominated hit Black Panther – all of which include strong characters who are crucial to the plot in both Infinity War and Endgame.
