Boxing day mattress deals: Emma’s insane 45% price drop trumps its Black Friday sale

You can potentially save £360 across the bed-in-a-box brand's mattress sale

We’ll be the first to admit that Boxing Day mattress sales aren’t exactly a rarity. All the major brands are keenly aware that this is when people typically turn their attention from turkey-guzzling to deal-browsing, and are quick to offer their products at discounted prices.

But of all the Boxing Day mattress deals out there, Emma’s post-Christmas sale is one that deserves the most attention – the German brand is offering an astonishing saving of 45% across all website orders.

This has sent prices across its Original mattress into freefall, with single mattresses falling from £429 to just £236, double mattresses dropping from £649 to £357, and king-size mattresses tumbling from £699 to £384. (If you’re interested in the last of these, you best get buying quickly: the webpage states that are only a few left in stock.)

Read our review of the Emma Original to get a complete low-down on the German brand’s all-foam mattress. Oh, and if you do pick up one up, make sure you enter the promo code BOX45 when you hit the checkout on Emma’s website.

Not that other brands haven’t got involved in the deals action, of course. Simba is offering savings of up to 35% across its range of bundles – definitely an offer to look at if you’re also shopping for things like new pillows and duvets. Leesa, meanwhile, has slashed prices across its range of foam-layer mattresses, with the cost of a double falling from £650 to a mere £399.
