12 November – Home Sweet Home Alone

Here’s one for Disney Plus subscribers already getting into the festive mood. Home Sweet Home Alone reboots a classic Christmas franchise, following a similar premise as the original movie.

When the Mercers fly off to Japan for the holidays, they leave their son Max behind. As well as the streaming release of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, a brand new Marvel series will also be coming to Disney Plus this November. Jeremy Renner will be reprising his Avengers role as Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye.

25 November – The Beatles: Get Back

Directed by Peter Jackson, this three-part documentary is made up from hours of unseen footage of the Beatles, shot during intimate recording sessions and rehearsals in 1969. The documentary, which will be released on Disney Plus in increments across the 25, 26 and 27 November, follows the band as they plan their final live show: the iconic Saville row rooftop concert.

As well as giving viewers an exclusive look at archival footage, which has until now been private, the documentary will also show this concert in its entirety for the first time ever.
