How to watch Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 3: Live stream Fury vs Wilder 3 anywhere online

Tyson Fury is defending his WBC title against Deontay Wilder. Here’s how to watch the trilogy fight anywhere in the world this weekend

Reigning heavyweight British boxing champion Tyson Fury is putting his WBC and The Ring world heavyweight titles on the line as he faces the American Deontay Wilder at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada on 9 October, 2021.

Fury vs Wilder 3 ring walks will take place around 4am BST on Sunday, 10 October, 2021. You can watch the fight on BT Sport Box Office in the UK and ESPN+ in the US. If you’re abroad, you can access both streaming services using a good VPN service, like ExpressVPN.

Billed as “Once and For All”, Tyson “The Gypsy King” Fury is aiming to defend the belts he won from Deontay “The Bronze Bomber” Wilder when the two champion heavyweight boxers last faced off in 22 February 2022. Fury won in a sensational seventh-round TKO.

That was Wilder’s first loss of his professional career spanning 42 fights. Prior to losing that fight, Wilder successfully defended his title 10 consecutive times, eight of them coming via knockouts. The win also helped Fury retain his undefeated record in 31 fights, something he will now put on the line when the two heavyweight forces lock horns this weekend.

Both fighters also have one draw each against their name. That draw came on 1 December 2018 when they faced each other for the first time, resulting in a controversial split-decision draw that led many to believe that Fury is the only heavyweight boxer capable of upsetting Wilder who had been on a rampage until then, winning almost all of his fights by knockout. The British boxer proved everyone correct a little over a year – and two more victories – later.

After The Bronze Bomber lost his titles for the first time early last year, the much-awaited trilogy fight was first scheduled to take place last summer but was postponed because of the pandemic and Wilder recovering from surgery. The fight was rescheduled to the end of last year but neither fighter could agree to a date, leading Fury to proclaim that he’s moving on from the fight.

Earlier this year, Fury turned his attention to a fight with Anthony Joshua, which could have resulted in a unification of all the world heavyweight titles between both British heavyweight champions, leaving the entire boxing world salivating at the prospect.

However, it was later revealed that an arbitration judge had ruled in Wilder’s favour saying Fury was contractually obliged to the trilogy fight. This fight was initially scheduled to take place in July but it was postponed to its current date after Fury contracted Covid in the summer.

Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 3 is shaping up to be one of the most-awaited heavyweight clashes in recent boxing history, so it’s not surprising that it’s aptly titled “Once and For All” given this will probably be the last chance that Wilder will get to claim back his belts. A victory for Fury will give him a chance to rightfully stake his claim to fight the winner of the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua and contest for the title for undisputed world heavyweight champion.
