How to watch UFC 238: Cejudo vs Moraes for the Bantamweight title

Henry Cejudo aims to become the fourth fighter in history to hold two UFC titles at the same time

UFC 238 takes place on Saturday night at the United Center in Chicago.

In the UK, the Prelims and Early Prelims are available on Fight Pass, while the Main Card draw – including Cejudo vs Moraes – is available on BT Sport.

In the US, the main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+/UFC Fight Pass.

Henry Cejudo holds the UFC flyweight championship, but he will go up against Marlon Moraes for the bantamweight title this Saturday. The 2008 Olympic gold medallist can’t afford to underestimate his opponent because Cejudo last knocked out T.J. Dillashaw in a 32-second TKO.

The fighters are here owning to Dillashaw’s two-year suspension for testing positive for EPO. He relinquished his belt, thereby making it vacant for either Cejudo or Moraes to claim it on Saturday. Both fighters are coming off the back off four straight victories, making this an exciting main card headline.

The second title fight is between reigning champion Valentina Shevchenko and Jessica Eye for the Women’s Flyweight title. The former friends are often caught in an awkward spot as they both train at the UFC Performance Institute at the same time. The big question is if ‘Evil’ Eye can defeat the reigning champion to become the new UFC FW champion?

Here are all the fights that will take place on Saturday night in the US and from late Saturday night to the early hours of Sunday morning if you’re based in the UK.

If you live in the UK, then the only way to watch UFC 238 is on BT Sport.

Signing up to BT Sport can be a little daunting: there are no fewer than eight routes in, including via mobile providers like EE and ISPs like Virgin Media. Fortunately, we have a guide to watching BT Sport that covers the process in more detail. If you have BT TV, however, then you’re in luck, as BT Sport is already included in the company’s TV bundles. If you’re just a broadband customer, then it’ll cost you between £10 and £15 per month.

How to watch UFC 238 wherever you are: use a VPN

Both BT Sport and ESPN+ are geo-restricted, meaning you won’t be able to watch UFC 238 if you’re away from the country when the event is broadcast on Saturday/Sunday. The only way to mitigate this is to use a virtual private network or VPN.

These services not only encrypt all your traffic as you browse the web but also let you access geo-blocked content. This means you can simply choose which country you want to browse from and the VPN will trick your device into thinking it is actually located in that country.
