How to watch Killing Eve in the UK, US and abroad

Eve and Villanelle have returned to our TV screens for season three of the award-winning BBC TV series, Killing Eve

Killing Eve returned to TV screens for another eight-episode season in the UK earlier this month as the cat and mouse game between Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) and the enigmatic Villanelle (Jodie Comer) continues.

There’s a new episode every week on BBC UK and America, which also have the entirety of the first two seasons if you need to refresh your memory or simply get up to speed. Without giving too much away, we’ll say that Killing Eve season two ended with a bang – literally.

Killing Eve is adapted from Luke Jennings’ four-part novella Codename Villanelle. Jodie Comer returns as the mercurial and psychopathic Villanelle (the name inspired by a perfume). Hot on her heels is her obsessor and secret agent playing brilliantly by Sandra Oh’s character Eve.

Not surprisingly, the show has gone on to receive critical acclaim winning a BAFTA for Best Drama Series and a Golden Globe nomination. Sandra Oh won the Golden Globe Award, Screen Actor’s Guild Award and Critic’s Choice Award, while Jodie Comer won the BAFTA Award for Best Leading Actress.

While season one sets things up between the cat and mouse chase ahead, season two takes things forward picking up merely a few seconds after the end of season one and the dynamic chase between both protagonists picks up and continues instantly.
