How to watch Tyson Fury vs Otto Wallin: Watch Saturday’s fight anywhere in the world

British pugilist Tyson Fury's next fight is against the undefeated Swede, Otto Wallin. Their bout takes place at Las Vegas this Saturday

Tyson Fury defeated Tom Schwartz to retain his Lineal Heavyweight Championship in June and his next opponent will likely be Deontay Wilder – a rematch that everyone wants to see after the two fighters drew for Wilder’s WBC Heavyweight title late last year.

But first, he has to go through Otto Wallin, a lesser-known Swede who has an undefeated record in his 21 bouts. The fight takes place on Mexican Independence weekend, which is a generally a marquee date for major fights in Las Vegas.

While the former WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight champion, Fury, starts as the odds-on favourite to win this bout, he cannot afford to be complacent, especially after his British rival Anthony Joshua’s surprise loss to Andy Ruiz Jnr earlier this year.

In the boxing world, fights are usually planned months in advance and one shock defeat can set you back at least a few months, if not years, as is the case with Joshua, who will first have to reclaim his three titles from Ruiz at the end of the year before aiming for more from opponents like Wilder.

A Fury vs Wilder rematch is tentatively scheduled for early next year, provided Wallin doesn’t upset the Manchester-born Fury on Saturday. The Swede – fighting on the biggest stage for the first time – knows he starts as the underdog but believes he has what it takes to cause a Ruiz-like upset this weekend.

Fury was his usual chirpy and fun-loving self at the pre-match conference, winning over the press, fans and his opponent. However, the British boxer said that he will not underestimate Wallin even though he hopes to go with him for a beer afterwards. He also said he deliberately chose this weekend so that Mexicans travelling to Vegas would not be deprived of a main event.
