Sky deal: Get three FREE months of Superfast broadband

This is the best Sky deal we've seen for a long time: three free months of 59Mbits/sec broadband, saving you a nifty £92 overall

Here’s an incredibly rare Sky deal on broadband: for a limited time, you can get three months of the Superfast plan entirely for free when you sign up for the 18-month contract. That nets you a decent download speed of 59Mbits/sec, an upload rate of 16Mbits/sec and, most importantly, a gigantic saving of £92. From the fourth month, you’ll be paying £30.50/mth and, given Sky’s pedigree as an internet service provider, this is one of the best broadband offers around at the moment.

And, as we explain below, you won’t be compromising on quality: in our most recent Sky review, we gave the service provider four stars out of five and a coveted Expert Reviews Recommended award. As always, just make sure you get in there quickly because this Sky deal won’t last for long.

If you’re after a strong all-round broadband provider, you can’t go wrong with Sky. As we explained in our latest review, its “low prices, high reliability and good service all stand in its favour”. That makes it a more than capable rival to our favourite service provider overall, Plusnet.

The main negative we identified was that it becomes expensive once your contract ends. However, we always recommend that you shop around towards the end of your plan to find the best and cheapest deal for you.

If an average download speed of 59Mbits/sec won’t cut the mustard, Sky has you covered: you can step up to 145Mbits/sec for £35/mth or even a blistering 900Mbits/sec for £55/mth on 18-month contract. Note that both deals, and the Superfast one above, come with a one-off setup fee of £20.

In short, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better broadband bargain than this, let alone a superior Sky deal: three free months of generous bandwidth from the second-best provider on the market. Once again, take advantage of it as soon as possible while it lasts.
