Amazon has knocked £200 off the price of the Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus

An Amazon exclusive bundle is also offering a Galaxy Watch Active with the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus for the same price as the phone's RRP

Samsung only launched the Galaxy S10 range in March yet it’s already selling for cheap on Amazon.

Of course, use of the word cheap is relative but you can currently get a SIM-free, 128GB Samsung Galaxy S10 in black, white or green for as little as £614, a saving of 23% or £185.

The white model is the cheapest, although the black model is only slightly more expensive at £620, and the green version is on offer for £629. This still represents a saving of £170 off the RRP of £799.

You can alternatively get the white model with 512GB of storage for £800, down from £1,000.

The larger of the two handsets in the Galaxy S10 range, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus, is additionally on sale via Amazon. The 128GB model usually retails for £899 but is now just £682 in white or £687 in black; a saving of up to £217. The green model is not on offer.

Similarly, the 512GB Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus in white is on sale for £900, down from £1,099 and the black version of the same handset is now £896.

If you can afford the extra £60, we highly recommend opting for the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. In Reviews Editor Jon Bray’s review of the handset, he described it as a “phone of rare distinction”, adding that the S10 Plus is “a phone that delivers all the shiny new features with no significant caveats, and one that not only focuses on innovations but hangs on tenaciously to the practical features that so many users really value.”

Elsehwere, Amazon is offering a number of bundle deals with these phones including getting a black, 512GB Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus with a 40mm Galaxy Watch Active for £1,099 – the same price it will cost you to buy the phone on its own from other retailers.

The Galaxy Watch Active is an incremental update on the Gear Sport and has the same 360 x 360 OLED screen, GPS and heart-rate tracking built in, yet it also comes in lighter and smaller and has a faster processor (a 1.15GHz dual-core Exynos 9110, compared to its predecessor’s 1.0GHz Exynos 3250).
