Carphone Warehouse is offering the iPhone 11 for less over Black Friday
Carphone Warehouse has cut the price of the iPhone 11, offering it for £699 as part of the phone merchant’s Black Friday sales.
Apple’s premium handsets don’t tend to sell for cheap, so knocking is down from £729 – while not the largest of discounts – is still a helpful little boost for anyone thinking of buying Apple’s latest flagship.
That £699 price will net you an iPhone 11 with 64GB storage, SIM-free. If you’d rather explore the wonderful world of phone contracts, this deal currently pushes the monthly cost of an iPhone 11 down to £33.
“The Apple iPhone 11 is a pretty good phone, even if there are distinct differences between it and the iPhone 11 Pro,” wrote our head of reviews, Jonathan Bray, in his five-star review. “Specifically: the display isn’t anywhere near as good, it doesn’t look quite as nice, isn’t as waterproof and lacks the telephoto camera.”
That said, the iPhone 11 still has a fantastic camera: “The iPhone 11 has a brilliant main camera and it’s supplemented by a pretty good ultra-wide-angle camera as well,” said Bray. “It’s worth mentioning this again for good measure: it’s the exact same setup as found in the 11 Pro and the 11 Pro Max but without the 2x optical telephoto.”
