Black Friday might be behind us, but we’ve still got Cyber Monday to contend with. Unsurprisingly, many of the deals we featured over the course of Black Friday are still live, so you’ve still got time to secure yourself a discount on one of our favourite mattresses.

When it comes to the best mattress deals, the online bed-in-a-box market is a bit of a Wild West. As well as offering lengthy trial periods (some as long as a full year), brands such as Emma, Nectar and Otty slash their prices so frequently that you rarely ever need to pay full price.

I’ve been scrutinising the bed-in-a-box market for the best part of six years. I’ve had my eye on the mattress deals cycle to notice certain patterns and, for the most part, it’s still true that the best discounts are to be had during peak deals seasons such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Our experts have tested and reviewed around 70 mattresses, from all-foam models and bed-in-a-box hybrids to premium made-to-order mattresses. Out of the best of these, I’ve picked out some standout Cyber Monday deals and collected them into the roundup below.

Read on to find out how you can make a saving in the bedroom, or visit our best mattress buying guide for more information on our favourite mattresses as well as what goes into our testing process.

Over the past year, discounts from Simba have become a less common sight, perhaps as a result of the CMA’s investigation into misleading pricing. But in the brand’s Cyber Monday “Low Price Day” sale, you can save up to 30% on selected mattresses as well as on pillows, bedding and more.

This includes one of our favourite hybrid mattresses: the Simba Hybrid Pro. It’s a comfortable and supportive mattress, made from layers of memory foam and pocket springs with a wool comfort layer for breathability. At full price, a king size Hybrid Pro will cost you £1,299: a not-insignificant investment. But until the end of Simba’s Cyber Monday sale tonight, you can get it for £948.

Also on offer is one of our favourite pillows, the Simba Hybrid Pillow. Normally £109 at full price, this is now £87. The Simba Body Pillow, which we recently reviewed as a pregnancy pillow, is also down from £109 to £87.

Eve Wunderflip Premium Hybrid mattress review

This is the biggest mattress deal we’ve seen over the course of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. When you spend £750 or more, Eve will cut the price of your order by 50%. This amounts to some huge savings on Eve’s range of mattresses, including the Wunderflips that we reviewed recently.

The Wunderflip Premium Hybrid, for instance, is down from £1,099 to £550 in a king size. We awarded it five stars and a Best Buy award in our full-length review: it’s comfortable, supportive right up to the edges and its design gives you a choice of a firmer and a softer side.

Premier Inn 2.0 Mattress review full view of the mattress on a black metal bed frame

We crowned the Silentnight Premier Inn 2.0 the Best Mattress in our most recent Sleep Awards. If you’ve recently stayed in a Premier Inn anywhere in the UK, then you’ll already have slept on this mattress. In my full review, I found it comfortable, supportive and perhaps best suited to those who prefer a firmer feel.

It’s reasonably priced too, at the full price of £799 (king size). For Cyber Monday, however, you can get it for £719. You’ll get two free firm Silentnight Luxury Pillows too.

Origin is another bed-in-a-box mattress brand that regularly runs promotional sales on its website. Nevertheless, this Cyber Monday deal is worth considering.

In our best mattress roundup, the brand’s Hybrid mattress is our budget pick. Our reviewer found that it offers “an excellent balance between soft comfort and firm support”, while doing a good job of curbing joint pain – all at the reasonable price of around £554 in a king size. Right now, though, you can get a king size Origin Hybrid for £410.

Alternartively, the Origin Hybrid Pro, which we gave a four-star review, is down from £785 to £707 in a king size.

Emma NextGen Premium mattress review on a bed frame, in a bedroom

Emma is another popular bed-in-a-box brand that regularly offers promotional discounts on its site. We’ve reviewed most of Emma’s hybrid mattresses, and have been very impressed by many of them.

Both the Hybrid Premium and the Hybrid Thermosync mattresses are cool, comfortable and supportive, with our tester recommending both for back and side sleepers. In Emma’s Cyber Monday sale, the Premium is down from £587 to £499 in a king size, while the Thermosync is now £689 in a king size (was £919).

Also discounted is the Hybrid Airgrid, a mattress that offers “exceptional comfort and pressure relief for side sleepers”. At full price, this will cost you £1,279 in a king size, but this is now £895 for Cyber Monday.

The Panda Hybrid Bamboo mattress, with a cat standing on top

We gave the Panda Hybrid Bamboo mattress a five-star Best Buy review: it’s comfortable, supportive and great value for money. It’s also a top performer where temperature regulation is concerned, leaving our tester feeling cool throughout the night.

A king size Panda Hybrid will cost you £899 at full price, but it’s currently £622 in the brand’s Cyber Monday sale: a great-value mattress made cheaper.

You can also save on Panda’s range of bamboo-infused bedding, including its mattress topper (king size was £160, now £136), the Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow (was £45, now £38) and the Cloud Bamboo Duvet (double was £130, now £110).

A cat sits on the surface of the REM-Fit Natural Lux Hybrid mattress

If you’re put off by the ubiquity of memory foam in the bed-in-a-box market, the REM-Fit Natural Lux Hybrid might be the mattress for you. Its made up of a combination of wool, cotton and pocket springs. Temperature regulation is impressive and its medium-firm feel makes it a good option for back sleepers.

In REM-Fit’s Cyber Monday sale, a king size Natural Lux Hybrid is down from £1,100 to £990. Plus, you can get an extra 15% off when you use the code BLACK15, which will bring it down to £841. There’s more still: REM-Fit is throwing in a bundle of free goodies with the mattress, including two 400 Memory Foam Pillows alongside two Tencel pillow protectors.

Dreams TheraPur ActiGel Glacier 3800 4 full mattress 1

When it comes to staying cool at night, the Dreams TheraPur ActiGel Glacier 3800 Combination mattress lives up to its name – even if that name is a bit of a mouthful. It’s a fantastic mattress for hot sleepers. Our tester found it comfortable, with a firm level of support that should still suit back and side sleepers. Edge support is great too.

At full price, the Dreams TheraPur ActiGel Glacier 3800 costs £1,299 in a king size. But in the retailer’s Cyber Monday sale, you can get it for £969. Alternatively, a single will cost you £709 (was £949), a double £899 (was £1,199) and a super king £1,119 (was £1,499).

We tested both of Nectar’s hybrid mattresses and were impressed, giving the Premier Hybrid a four-star review for its firm support suitable for back sleepers, and the Essential Hybrid a five-star review and a Best Buy award. The latter is a great-value medium firm option that offers ample support for all sleeping positions.

Both mattresses are currently discounted in Nectar’s Cyber Monday sale, with a 10% discount bringing the Essential Hybrid (in a king size) down to £449 (was £499) and the Premier Hybrid from £799 to £719.
