Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion. By entering you warrant that you are legally entitled to enter the competition.
2. Entry Instructions: No third party or bulk entries. Only one entry per person. All additional entries will be disqualified.
3. Third Parties: By entering you grant the company, any third parties appointed by the company for the purpose of organising and/or managing the competition and the competition sponsor(s) permission to use your name and likeness for the purpose of organising and/or managing the competition, for announcing the winner of the competition and for related promotional purposes. You grant the company and any competition sponsor(s) the right to use your personal information to send you information about their respective products and services which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information, please follow the instructions provided.
4. The Prize Winner: Two prize winners will be selected at random from those who supplied the correct answer to the competition question.
5. Winner Notification: The competition prize will be courtesy of https://www.emma-mattress.co.uk/. The winner will be notified by email via the email address provided at point of entry within 14 days of the competition closing date. The winner will have 14 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
6. The Prize: The competition prize is the Emma Original mattress in any size in combination with two pillows and one mattress protector. One prize will be provided for each of the two winners. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prize to an equal or greater value. Prize cannot be exchanged or returned for products of a similar monetary value or for monetary value.
7. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered within two months of the winner being selected and acknowledging receipt of their email notification. The Promoter will be in touch directly to confirm address details for delivery. Failure to respond within two weeks of being contacted will result in another prize winner being selected.
8. Winner Contact Details: It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the competition and accepting the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
9. General: Promoter’s decision is final and binding. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. These competition rules are governed by English law. Any disputes arising between the company and any third party in relation to these competition Rules and/or a competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (save that the company shall be entitled to take action against a third party in any other jurisdiction).
