These are the best mattress deals of Amazon Prime Day and BEYOND

Save on a good night’s sleep in Amazon’s savings extravaganza, as well on deals from our favourite bed-in-a-box brands

Good news for deal hunters. Thanks to Amazon’s Prime Early Access Sale, shoppers are getting not one, but two, Prime Days courtesy of the retail giant. There are heaps of discounts available right now, on everything from laptops and smartphones to air fryers and vacuum cleaners.

And while we’re no strangers to seeing a regularly discounted mattress, there are a few notable Amazon deals from the likes of Emma and Simba this Prime Day. So, read on for our picks of the best mattress deals available on Amazon, as well as some noteworthy discounts straight from some of our favourite bed-in-a-box brands.

Before we get down to it, though, don’t forget that if you’re shopping on Amazon for deals this Prime Day, you’ll need to be signed up to an Amazon Prime membership. This costs £8.99/mth, but if you can’t face the monthly fee, you can just sign up to the 30-day free trial. And remember to keep an eye on our Prime Day hub page for the latest and greatest discounts and deals.

Emma: Save up to 50% on mattresses and bedding

UPDATE: Since publishing our review, Expert Reviews has noticed a recent influx of negative customer reviews for Emma Sleep on Trustpilot, with many customers complaining of delays to shipping and a lack of communication over when deliveries will happen. According to Emma Sleep, these delays have been caused by factors “not under [the brand’s] control”, and a spokesperson said that the process of transitioning “order management and fulfilment platforms” has led to these issues. We’ve also been told that resolving these issues is a top priority for Emma Sleep and the company is expecting to resolve the issues in the coming weeks. We will be sure to bring you more information as we receive it.

Everyone knows about Emma. And right now, you can save on a range of mattresses and bedding from the popular bed-in-a-box brand, as part of Amazon’s Prime Early Access Sale. A king size Emma Premium mattress (which we gave four stars in our full length review) is just £522, down from £630 (or £1,299 direct from Emma), while the budget Emma Essential in the same size will cost you just £237 (was £279, or £478 from Emma). You can also save on the Emma Hybrid, which has been discontinued on the brand’s own online store, down 50% from £919 to £459 in a king size, as well as a range of bedding.

Of course, those preferring to buy directly from Emma rather than through Amazon – perhaps for a wider selection of products as well as bundle deals – may be more interested in the brand’s own discounts of up to 60% off. But for the cheapest prices available, check out these Amazon deals.

Simba: Big discounts on hybrid mattresses, duvets and more

Much like Emma, Simba is also offering hefty discounts on its own site: with up to 55% off sitewide, plus free mattress protectors with the Hybrid Pro and Hybrid Luxe mattresses. That said, it’s still worth having a look at what’s on offer on Amazon this Prime Day.

We’re big fans of Simba’s range of hybrid mattresses, and you can currently save on them all. For instance, we gave the Simba Hybrid Pro a five-star Best Buy review for its excellent balance of comfort and support. In fact, it’s one of the most comfortable bed-in-a-box mattresses we’ve tested and, right now, you can get a king size for just £907 (was £1,529).

You can also save on the Hybrid Duvet (down from £249 to £162 in a king size) and the Hybrid Pillow (was £109, now £71).

Best mattress deals: Best of the rest

As you probably know, Amazon isn’t the only place to grab a discounted mattress, with many brands offering their own promotional discounts. Here are a few of our favourites:

Brook + Wilde: Get a free iPad, OR 50% off

Luxury bed-in-a-box brand Brook + Wilde is offering customers a choice of two discounts: use code IPAD for a free iPad on orders over £749 (while orders over £1,500 will get you an iPad Air and orders of £1,999 or more an iPad Pro). Alternatively, use code SAVING50 at the checkout for 50% off any order over £400.

The Brook + Wilde Elite hybrid mattress, for instance, got a five-star Best Buy review from us, and we think it’s one of the most comfortable mattresses for side sleepers. Right now, you can get a king size with a free iPad or, if you choose to go down the discount route, for just £675 (was £1,349).

Eve’s mattresses recently got much more appealing after the brand boosted its free trial period to 365 nights. You’ve now got a full year to decide if it’s the right mattress for you. One of our favourites  from the brand’s range, the Eve Premium Hybrid, is comfortable, supportive and doesn’t get too hot in the night. At full price, this will cost you £1,241, but now you can get it for just £621.
