If you’re planning on camping in the next year or so, a portable power battery, like the new B500K Expansion Battery, can help you enjoy your trip off-grid, offering energy independence, quiet operation. It also ensures all your appliances and devices are charged if you’re not quite ready to be completely off grid yet.

The B500K works with Bluetti’s current and future power stations, including the AC300, Apex 300, AC500, AC200, and AC200MAX. It can also be matched with other batteries from the Bluetti range.

Although, if you’re looking for a standalone solar system with a 700W output, the B500K is the answer. All you need to do is pair it with the SolarX 4K and Hub D1. And you won’t even need to worry about stress when setting up the battery, as it already has pre-drilled holes for fixed installation in both RVs and homes. It can also be attached to the Foldable Trolley 2 for mobile operation.

It’s currently priced at £1,999 and for the first 450 orders, you will receive a free AC300 unit. According to the company, using both the AC300 and B500K units delivers 3,000W of power, making it capable of running your fridge, heater and most household appliances.

There’s nothing worse than experiencing a power outage, especially in this day and age when we all depend on our devices. If this is your idea of your worst nightmare, the Elite 200 V2 is the answer you’re looking for.

Thanks to its 2,073kWh battery and a 2,600W inverter, the Elite 200 V2 is well equipped to handle power outages both in your home and on the road. It peaks to 3,900W for high-power heaters, and up to nine devices simultaneously. It also recharges to 80% in just 50 minutes – ideal for top-ups between drives – and you won’t need to worry about space as it’s 40% smaller than Bluetti’s AC200P portable power station.

The Elite 200 V2 also offers longevity. Its battery is of a similar grade used in cars and it lasts more than 6,000 cycles, the equivalent to 17 years of use.

Its regular price is £1,399, but you can currently save £600, making it just £799.

Also available in the Elite 200 range is:

  • 2*Elite 200 V2, 2,600Wh, portable power station (currently £1,598)
  • Elite 200 V2+Charge 1, 2,073.6Wh capacity, 560W alternator charger (currently £998)
  • Elite 200 V2+PV200, 2,073.6Wh capacity, 200W solar panel (currently £1,008)
  • Elite 200 V2+PV 350, 2,073.6Wh capacity, 350W solar panel (currently £1,198)
  • Elite 200 V2+SORA 500, 2,073.6Wh capacity, 500W solar panel (currently £1,518)

If you’ve got the travel bug or it’s part of your 2026 resolution to see what the UK has to offer, the Elite 100 V2 will take your experiences up a notch – or three. This is because it packs 1,800W power and 1,024Wh capacity in a small 11.5kg device. The company said it’s “35% smaller and 30% lighter”.

The portable battery has nine versatile outlets so you can get your coffee fix or watch the latest Netflix documentary, all while being immersed in nature.

There’s also the bonus of solar charging. It doubles output to 1,000W and can be fully charged in just 70 minutes. It, according to the company, has more than 4,000 charge cycles, swifter 10ms UPS and smarter app control.

This Black Friday, save a whopping £500 on the Elite 100 V2. Normally £899, now £399.

If you’re looking for a flexible power station for at-home backup and off-grid living, the Apex 300 should be your next investment. The portable battery is award-winning, too, having won the Sustainability Award 2025, the Netzwelt Innovation Award IFA 2025 and the Time Best Inventions 2025.

It starts with 2,764.8Wh capacity and 3,840W output, but it can scale as high as up to 54kW and 11.52kW for whole-home backup. Thanks to its Time of Use working mode, you can also reduce your energy consumption – and bills. The mode allows you to store cheap grid electricity, which, in turn, lowers your energy bills.

Pair it with the SolarX 4K and Hub D1 and you can create your own highly efficient solar setup that can capture up to 19.2kW solar for off-grid dwellings – sounds great, right?

It will need charging, though. The good news is that it can fully-charge in just 65 minutes and the company said it “skimps on every watt” with 20W industry-lowest self-consumption.

Pre-order the Apex 300 today and pay £1,499, an £800 saving on its original price of £2,299.

Best entry-level power station: The Elite 30 V2

Bluetti Black Friday

If you’re new to portable power stations, or you’re more of a seasoned traveller, the Elite 30 V2 is best. It’s also great if you own a gaming PC or laptop. This is because it is lightweight for single-hand carrying and holds 288Wh capacity.

It’s also more of a budget option, at just £399 for Black Friday. There are other options to choose from, though, if you feel you need something bigger, with prices ranging from £399 to £1,118.

The 600W output with a 1,500W surge is plenty, though, for charging your phone and gaming console on the go, as well as running a mini-fridge if you’re on a short trip.

You’ll also be kept online in the event of a power cut, in case you’re worried with its 10ms UPS feature, and with its eight charging methods, you’re not short of options – and reliable power no matter where you are.
