The GoPro Hero 11 Black is back down to its lowest-ever price this Boxing Day. Originally listed for £450, GoPro’s online store had already reduced the Hero 11 to £400. This Boxing Day, however, GoPro is offering a further 15% discount, bringing the Hero 11 Black down to a bargain £348 – its best-ever price. Released earlier this year, the Hero 11 Black is GoPro’s most capable action cam yet. It features an all-new, larger sensor which supports 8:7 video and 10-bit colour, giving creators maximum flexibility during editing. It also comes with GoPro’s most effective video stabilisation to date, HyperSmooth 5.0, along with full 360-degree Horizon Lock, ensuring video clips remain both smooth and level at all times.
It offers a wealth of shooting options, with 5.6K video recording available at up to 60fps and 4K at up to 120fps. Stills can be captured at a highly-detailed 27-megapixel resolution and there are dedicated modes for creating slow-motion and time-lapse clips.
While the Hero 11 Black launched with a street price of £450, GoPro has been offering it up for £400 when bought bundled with a 12-month GoPro subscription. GoPro’s Deal of the Year sales event has slashed prices by 15% site-wide, bringing the Hero 11 Black down to just £348. This is an all-time low price for the Hero 11 Black, matching its best Black Friday discount.
Alternatively, for £40 more, GoPro is also offering a Hero 11 Black + Accessories Bundle. This includes the new Hero 11 Black action cam, a Handler floating hand grip, GoPro Head Strap and Quick Clip, a spare Enduro Battery, a 32GB microSD card and a 12-month GoPro subscription. Discounting the cost of the subscription, these accessories would set you back in excess of £100 if bought separately, making this a compelling option for anyone in need of add-ons to go with their new action camera.
GoPro’s 12-month subscription unlocks extra features in GoPro’s smartphone app, gives you unlimited cloud storage for your footage and up to a 50% discount on accessories bought through the GoPro online store. The subscription will set you back £50 annually, but as GoPro is currently throwing in 12-month subscriptions with all cameras bought in its official store (and you can cancel it before it renews), this is easily the cheapest way to pick up a new Hero action or Max 360 camera.
