That’s why Huawei has rather cannily launched a budget-priced alternative, the P30 Lite, which is available right now on a pre-order basis.

You will have to go through the cashback process to bring the monthly cost down from £20 to £16 per month, but once that’s done, this is the cheapest monthly cost you’ll currently find for the P30 Lite. Okay, technically, the best deal for overall cost is the listed above. Few P30 Lite contracts have much more than 10 or 15GB of data at the most – we assume that network providers don’t think folks look for a budget phone will be ploughing through huge amounts of data. But if you do want a solid amount, take a look at this deal from O2, which gets you 100GB of monthly data for £41 a month. Do bear in mind that epic three-year contract length, though.
