- The Eufy X10 Pro Omni robot vacuum has been reduced in price from an average of £616 over the past 180 days to £499 in the Amazon Spring Deal Days sale
- This is a multi-functional robot vacuum that cleans carpets, mops floors and even empties and cleans itself
- It earned four stars and an Expert Reviews Recommended award when we tested it in May 2024
These days, it’s not unusual to find a robot vacuum that’s capable of vacuuming, mopping, self-emptying and self-cleaning for under £500. But one that’s actually good at all those jobs is still a tricky thing to find. But if you look back in time, to older models like the Eufy X10 Pro Omni, you’ll find that once premium do-it-all machines have now dropped to much more affordable levels.
That’s the case with the Eufy X10 Pro Omni, which is currently a tempting £499 in the Amazon Spring Deal Days sale. We first reviewed this robot at £799 and gave it a 4-star Recommended verdict at the time.
What can the Eufy X10 Pro Omni do?
And although the price has fallen to this level previously, that’s no reason to ignore it. It’s fully equipped with all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a much more expensive robot, just at a far more affordable price.
The Eufy X10 Pro Omni is equipped with LiDAR navigation and AI obstacle avoidance that’s second to none, and these helped it to avoid all our test objects and find its way around successfully in our tests without getting stuck.
It also detects the transition between floor types and lifts its mopping pads out of the way when necessary. And it empties itself when full, cleaning and drying its mop pads for you as well – so there’s no need to get your hands dirty until the bag fills up with dust and the reservoirs in the base station are brimming with dirty water.
Is the Eufy X10 Pro Omni good at cleaning?
The Eufy X10 Pro Omni isn’t the most effective robot vacuum, but what it sacrifices in carpet cleaning power, it makes up for in mopping ability. Our reviewer found the circular mops, which spin instead of being dragged along the floor, to be particularly efficient, removing most of our test stains in one pass.
It did struggle a little with dried-on tomato ketchup, requiring multiple passes to fully remove the stain from the floor, but it’s still a lot more effective than robots that drag their pads across the floor. It’s reasonably quick, too. Our reviwer found that it cleaned carpets at around 1min 6secs per square metre in our tests.
