When folded, it’s small enough to fit into a small pocket, while its inner display is a 6.7in Dynamic AMOLED that supports a silky-smooth 120Hz refresh rate. In our tests, it proved to be bright and boasts effectively perfect contrast.
Meanwhile, the Snapdragon 888 lives up to its name, providing some of the best scores we’ve ever seen. Navigate a menu or tap a link and you’ll get a near-instant response, while the Flip3 even has enough oomph for more or less any mobile game you could throw at it. Battery life is one of the only flies in the ointment, with the phone hitting a comparatively average 15hrs 54mins in our video-rundown test.
As for EE, it’s the UK’s fastest 5G and 4G mobile network, while posting decent customer service scores. The one downside we highlighted in our latest, four-star review was its value for money. However, that makes deals like this one even more unmissable.
