Brand new bots coming to the Transformers Universe, which launches in Beta this weekend

With the Transformers Universe, the new Massively Online, Tactical Action (MOTA) game, nearing completion, more details and two exclusive characters have been released.

First up is Front-Line, an Autobot brawler. As you can tell from that description, he's all about wreaking the maximum amount of damage on the enemy. He comes equipped with a range of weapons, including a mini-gun (the Hail Charge), a pair of axes (Spin Blade) for getting up-close and personal, and a hammer (dent head) for when you really want to dish out the damage. You can see his video below.

The Decipticons get Conduit, who's described as 'part healer and part killer'. His job is to help heal the team in a support role, but he's also capable of getting his hands dirty and going on the attack.

His weapons include a pair of pistols (Pellet Patch) and a long-range rifle (Storm Pulse). As for healing, what better tool could there for a giant evil robot other than a shotgun (Faith Shot)? This pumps shells of positrons directly into the spark chambers of your allies, healing them over time. You can watch his video below.

While both of the videos show some in-game action, getting to play the game yourself is the only way to really experience Transformers for real. The good news is that you may get a chance this weekend (15th and 16th March), as the game launches in Beta.

To be in with a chance, you have to sign up now at www.transformersuniverse.com/signup. It's a first-come, first-served system, so be quick if you want to have a chance to play now.
