Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1 price drops AGAIN for Prime Day

The original 7-in-1 Instant Pot was massively discounted to £65 - but a few hours later it's an even better deal

If you’ve ever been tempted to get an Instant Pot multi cooker, now’s your chance to grab a bargain – because Amazon just keeps on slashing its price for Prime Day. Hours after the price tag dropped to £65, it’s now a mere £60.

The versatile Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1 has a full retail price of £90, but Amazon has gone up and down with the price almost constantly since its launch, going as low as £55 in January this year. It hasn’t gone QUITE that low this time, but not far off. At £60, it’s now £19 cheaper than its average Amazon price of £79.

As with many Prime Day deals, this Instant Pot price cut is exclusive to Prime members. There’s a free 30-day trial for new users, so it’s worth signing up to Prime today to get the most out of the bargains on offer. You can always cancel before the trial ends.

This Amazon offer is for the 5.7-litre model of the Instant Pot Duo 7-in1 in brushed stainless steel. The 3-litre model (£80) and the 7.6-litre (£200) aren’t on offer – and their much higher prices just go to show how fantastic this 5.7-litre deal is.

In our round-up of the best multi cookers you can buy, we named the Instant Pot the best multi cooker for pressure cooking. As well as its pressure cooking abilities, we also said it makes exceptional rice and was also able to steam, sautee, slow-cook and even make yoghurt.

There were cheaper options in our round up, but we said they failed to deliver such consistent results as the Instant Pot. So this Prime Day deal puts this premium product in the same price range as much less capable performers.

As well as the headline pressure cooker function, the Instant Pot Duo offers no fewer than 13 preset modes for many other common dishes. You can also use the manual controls to adjust the pressure levels and cooking time to suit you.

This array of cooking functions is matched by a wealth of safety functions. The pot won’t start cooking if the lid isn’t securely locked, and it’ll sound an alert to tell you so. The automatic power-off kicks in if the internal temperature gets too hot, or there’s not enough liquid in the pot, so you can come to the rescue before anything burns. Perish the thought!
