The Genius+ is a slightly more compact version of Tefal’s two-tier Genius XL 2in1 but comes with many of the same features. It has a 1.2kg capacity, making it ideal for two to four people, depending on how hungry you are. The biggest standout
feature is Tefal’s top-notch self-stirring paddle, which moves your ingredients during cooking, so there’s no need to flip halfway through (unless you want to).
Another great feature of this air fryer is its preset cooking modes, which allow you to prepare popular dishes such as frozen chips, nuggets and fish at the touch of a button. It selects the ideal cooking time and temperature for you but you can still set these manually if you’d prefer not to leave your chips in the hands of the air fryer gods.
