Award-winning Pure Air electric scooter sees Cyber Monday price drop
The newest Pure Air electric scooter is discounted for the first time this Black Friday
In its Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale, Pure Electric has given its first-ever discount on the fantastic Pure Air second-generation electric scooter. Hot on the heels of the first iteration released less than a year ago, the 2021 Air is still a marked improvement on the original – so much so that it easily won top spot in our best electric scooters roundup this year.
Initially, the second-gen retailed for £50 more than the original, but thanks to Pure Electric’s Black Friday deal, the 2021 Air is now just £399, which makes it better value than any other electric scooter currently available.

We highly recommend the second-generation Pure Air – in fact, we’ve been big fans for a while now, ever since the first-gen model was released. This newest version has improved on the Pure Air original with a couple of careful tweaks, and seeing as we weren’t completely convinced about the £50 price increase, this new discount makes purchasing the second-gen a no brainer.
This time around, the Pure Air has a powerful 500W motor and a USB-A charging port for juicing up your smartphone on the go – and the Bluetooth capabilities aren’t bad, either. The acceleration takes steep inclines in its stride, and the 10in pneumatic tires ensure a smooth ride. In fact, the Air performs well on a number of different terrains, including wet grass, which can be notoriously tricky for e-scooters.
That’s probably because inclement weather isn’t an issue for the Pure Air: thanks to its IP65 rating, it’s both waterproof and dustproof. When you also factor in the three-speed settings – Pedestrian (4mph), Medium (12mph) and Fast (15.5mph) – this electric scooter becomes a rather tempting prospect.
