As the resident phone monkey for Expert Reviews, I’ve been sifting through the Amazon Spring Sale to find any and all smartphone deals that are worth your time.
Given that this is more of a secondary deals event – compared to the big leagues like Prime Day and Black Friday – we don’t have an endless stream of high-profile offers flooding in on the first day. Instead, we have a few choice deals on specific phones – some of which are bargains and some that are merely fluffed up to appear as such.
Smartphones and their fluctuating prices are my bread and butter, so I’m here to sort the wheat from the chaff and bring you only the best and most tantalising of the deals. This is a seven-day event, so if you don’t see anything that strikes your fancy today, be sure to check back in regularly – you never know what new goodies I’ll have unearthed.
Best Amazon Spring Sale phone deals
1. OnePlus 15: My favourite phone deal so far
- Amazon Spring Sale price: £829 | View deal at Amazon
- Average price over the past 90 days: £931
The OnePlus 15 was one of the first flagship phones for 2026 to hit the market and it immediately became one of my favourites around. Battery life is unmatched, delivering the best result we’ve ever recorded in our testing, performance from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is lightning fast, the cameras are sharp and versatile and the display is bright, punchy and colour-accurate.
Best of all is that it costs a fair bit less than most flagship phones – a perk further compounded by this Amazon Spring Sale deal. Over the past 90 days, the price of the top-end 512GB model has averaged around £931 but this deal drops it down to just £839 – the cheapest it has ever been.
2. Nothing Phone (3a): A unique budget phone bargain
- Amazon Spring Sale price: £229 | View deal at Amazon
- Average price over the past 180 days: £293
The Nothing Phone (3a) was already something of a unicorn at its original price – including a lovely 2x telephoto camera for a hair over £300 was previously unheard of – but this deal makes it all the more appealing. The price has dropped from an average of £293 down to a dirt-cheap £229.
For that, you’re getting the aforementioned telephoto shooter, along with the unique and eye-catching Nothing aesthetic, a sharp and bright display, fantastic battery life and the useful Essential Space AI. Another relative rarity on phones of this price, Nothing’s AI suite is efficient and non-obtrusive, gathering screenshots, notes and voice recordings in one place for easy recollection and intelligent organisation.
3. Xiaomi 15T: Killer price for killer cameras
- Amazon Spring Sale price: £399 | View deal at Amazon
- Average price over the past 180 days: £511
The best thing about the Xiaomi 15T is its excellent Leica-branded camera system. The 50-megapixel main lens captures bold, bright shots with punchy colours in good lighting, as well as moody, well-lit night shots. The 2x telephoto camera is excellent for portraits and the ultrawide is one of the better ones you can get for this kind of money, too.
Throw in a sharp, colour-accurate display, excellent performance and battery life, a sleek design and speedy fast charging, and the Xiaomi 15T is a bargain at this price. The deal price of £399 is its cheapest on record, tying with Black Friday, and a fantastic drop from the 180-day average price of £511.
4. OnePlus 15R: First big discount for Amazon’s Spring Sale
- Amazon Spring Sale price: £549 | View deal at Amazon
- Average price over the past 90 days: £643
The OnePlus 15R has only been on shelves for a few months, so this Amazon Spring Sale deal is its first major discount – and it’s a good one. Previously averaging around £643 in price, the OnePlus 15R is now down to £549, its cheapest price yet.
In testing, the OnePlus 15R proved to be a very adept gamer, running the notoriously meaty Genshin: Impact at high graphic levels while maintaining a fluid 60fps frame rate – all without overheating, too. The 165Hz display is impeccably colour-accurate and wonderfully bright, while general performance also impressed, outpacing similarly priced rivals in our multi-core CPU tests. Finally, we have a massive 7,400mAh battery which delivered exceptional stamina in our battery life test.
5. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7: As “cheap” as Black Friday
- Amazon Spring Sale price: £1,549 | View deal at Amazon
- Average price over the past 180 days: £1,724
Foldables have been coming on in leaps and bounds over the past couple of generations, and none exemplify this evolution more than the incredibly polished Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. It’s incredibly thin and light, measuring just 4.2mm thick when opened and weighing 215g, which is lighter than many non-folding phones. The 8in main display is bright, punchy and free of a distracting hinge crease and performance is outstanding, thanks to the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset.
In short, this is an incredibly well-rounded flagship phone that offers the best overall experience of any foldable right now. It is, naturally, very expensive by default, with the price averaging £1,724 over the past 180 days, but this deal sees it drop back down to its Black Friday price of £1,549 – its lowest on record. If you want the best in the foldables business for the lowest price possible, this is the most tempting deal yet on the Galaxy Z Fold 7.
6. Xiaomi Poco F7: Dirt-cheap bundle with a 90W charger
- Amazon Spring Sale price: £288 | View deal at Amazon
- Average price over the past 90 days: £309
The Xiaomi Poco F7 is already quite the steal at this price, but things are sweetened by the inclusion of a 90W charger. This means that you can actually take advantage of the phone’s full 90W charging speed, which Xiaomi says can bring the phone from empty to 80% in just 30 minutes.
On top of that, the Poco F7 offers incredible performance, extensive battery life and flagship-level durability, with Gorilla Glass 7i over the display and an IP68 dust and water resistance rating. It’s a very well-rounded budget phone that outclasses similarly priced rivals on raw speed and stamina. £288 for both phone and charger is an excellent price, and a nice little drop from the average price of £309.
