As the resident phone monkey for Expert Reviews, I’ve been sifting through the Amazon Spring Sale to find any and all smartphone deals that are worth your time.

Given that this is more of a secondary deals event – compared to the big leagues like Prime Day and Black Friday – we don’t have an endless stream of high-profile offers flooding in on the first day. Instead, we have a few choice deals on specific phones – some of which are bargains and some that are merely fluffed up to appear as such.

Smartphones and their fluctuating prices are my bread and butter, so I’m here to sort the wheat from the chaff and bring you only the best and most tantalising of the deals. This is a five-day event, so if you don’t see anything that strikes your fancy today, be sure to check back in regularly – you never know what new goodies I’ll have unearthed.

1. OnePlus 15: My favourite phone deal so far

  • Amazon Spring Sale price: £829 | View deal at Amazon
  • Average price over the past 90 days: £931

The OnePlus 15 was one of the first flagship phones for 2026 to hit the market and it immediately became one of my favourites around. Battery life is unmatched, delivering the best result we’ve ever recorded in our testing, performance from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is lightning fast, the cameras are sharp and versatile and the display is bright, punchy and colour-accurate.

Best of all is that it costs a fair bit less than most flagship phones – a perk further compounded by this Amazon Spring Sale deal. Over the past 90 days, the price of the top-end 512GB model has averaged around £931 but this deal drops it down to just £839 – the cheapest it has ever been.

2. Nothing Phone (3a): A unique budget phone bargain

  • Amazon Spring Sale price: £239 | View deal at Amazon
  • Average price over the past 180 days: £295

The Nothing Phone (3a) was already something of a unicorn at its original price, including a lovely 2x telephoto camera for a hair over £300 was previously unheard of, but this deal makes it all the more appealing. The price has dropped from an average of £295 down to a dirt-cheap £239.

For that, you’re getting the aforementioned telephoto shooter, along with the unique and eye-catching Nothing aesthetic, a sharp and bright display, fantastic battery life and the useful Essential Space AI. Another relative rarity on phones of this price, Nothing’s AI suite is efficient and non-obtrusive, gathering screenshots, notes and voice recordings in one place for easy recollection and intelligent organisation.

3. Xiaomi 15T Pro: Rock-bottom price on a flagship killer

  • Amazon Spring Sale price: £449 | View deal at Amazon
  • Average price over the past 180 days: £590

Xiaomi is one of the best phone camera manufacturers in the business, due in no small part to its frequent collaborations with the photography legends at Leica, and the Xiaomi 15T Pro is the best way to get those excellent shooters for a tempting price. Previously averaging £590, this mid-range phone is now going for just £449, its lowest price on record.

The cameras – and especially the gorgeous 5x telephoto lens – are the big appeal here, but you also get a fantastic 6.83in AMOLED display that proved ridiculously bright and impressively colour-accurate in our testing, nippy performance and decent battery life. It was already fantastic value for money at its original price but this chunky discount makes it one of the best bargains around right now.

4. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7: Best price yet… but only in one colour

  • Amazon Spring Sale price: £899 | View deal at Amazon
  • Average price over the past 180 days: £1,032

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is the latest iteration of Samsung’s compact foldable and, in my expert opinion, by far the best version yet. The design is slimmer and more elegant, the cover screen now encompasses the entire of the front, wrapping around the cameras, performance and battery life are better than ever and, as with all Samsung flagships, you get a brilliant seven years of software support.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to dip your toe in the foldable market, now could be your opportunity, with the entry-level Galaxy Z Flip 7 discounted down to its best price yet, dropping from an average of £1,032 to just £899. There’s one catch, however: this deal only applies to the Coralred version.

Those who fancy the sleek Navy pictured above can still get the 512GB model discounted to £999 but its not quite as strong a deal as the 256GB version, as it’s been cheaper than that during Black Friday. If you fancy the vibrant Coralred, however, this offer is the best way to get a foldable right now.

5. OnePlus 15R: First big discount for Amazon’s Spring Sale

  • Amazon Spring Sale price: £569 | View deal at Amazon
  • Average price over the past 90 days: £646

The OnePlus 15R has only been on shelves for a few months, so this Amazon Spring Sale deal is its first major discount – and it’s a good one. Previously averaging around £646 in price, the OnePlus 15R is now down to £569, its cheapest price yet.

In testing, the OnePlus 15R proved to be a very adept gamer, running the notoriously meaty Genshin: Impact at high graphic levels while maintaining a fluid 60fps frame rate – all without overheating, too. The 165Hz display is impeccably colour-accurate and wonderfully bright, while general performance also impressed, outpacing similarly priced rivals in our multi-core CPU tests. Finally, we have a massive 7,400mAh battery which delivered exceptional stamina in our battery life test.

My colleagues are also hard at work mining for gold in the Amazon Spring Deal Days sale. Here is where you can find the fruits of their respective labours:
