Amazon is selling the Roku Streaming Stick+ for £30
If you’re looking to turn your TV into a 4K streaming powerhouse, the Roku Streaming Stick+ is a handy little tool to own.
Amazon is currently offering the streamer for half price, knocking the price from £60 down to a more tantalising £30. That will net you the stick itself, for slotting into your TV, as well as a remote with voice activation functionality.
The main appeal of the Roku Streaming Stick+ is its ability to stream content with a 4K resolution. To take advantage of that, you’ll need to own a TV capable of showing 4K. Plenty of high-end modern TVs have that capability, but it’s best to check before you decide on a purchase.
The main competition for Roku’s 4K streamer comes in the form of the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K, which at the time of writing will set you back £50; normally cheaper than the Roku Streaming Stick+ but not during this particular sale.
