The excellent PlayStation VR is the ideal gift for any game lover this Christmas. Not only does it deliver one of the best virtual-reality experiences currently on the market, but it’s relatively wallet-friendly, too. And it just got even cheaper, thanks to an absolutely stonking deal on Amazon.
The PlayStation VR Mega Pack is the ideal starting point for any newcomer to the virtual-reality genre. Included in the bundle you’ll receive five game download codes, namely VR Worlds, Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Skyrim VR, Doom VFR and Wipeout Omega Collection. You’ll also get a PlayStation VR headset and a PlayStation camera thrown in for good measure.

That is nothing short of an absolute steal. The PlayStation VR currently retails for £170, with only a headset included in that price. The additional five games and PlayStation camera bought separately would cost you £124 and £40 respectively, meaning the usual RRP of this bundle is around £334. In simple terms, then, it’s a saving of £104, or 31%.
In the wake of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, there is still a whole host of other great PSVR deals available out there. For instance, you can currently get a free game with the PSVR Mega Worlds Bundle for just £200, as well as the Move Controller Twin Pack and another selected game for an additional £55 from Argos.
Alternatively, you can pick up the PSVR Worlds Starter Pack with Astro Bot Rescue Mission for just £200 from Amazon. Although these offers represent good value, no PSVR deals on the market right now are of the same calibre as the monstrous Mega Pack deal outlined above.
