Prime day: This MacBook Air deal is selling fast

The M1 Apple MacBook Air has hit a NEW low price on day two of Prime Day - but it won't stick around forever

You won’t find a better MacBook Air deal this Amazon Prime Day: the five-star Apple MacBook Air (2020) with the company’s own M1 processor inside for the lowest price it’s ever been at £739, down from a previous discount price of £779. Considering that the average you’ll pay on the site is £892 for the version with 256GB of internal storage, this is an outstanding offer for a device that still packs a punch in 2023.

You’ll have to be an Amazon Prime member to make the most of this saving, but the company is offering a 30-day free trial so there’s no excuse to miss out. Don’t delay: this is a VERY popular deal that won’t last long, and Prime Day ends at midnight tonight.

Apple’s slim ultraportable blew us away: in our M1 MacBook Air review, we gave it five stars out of five and a coveted Expert Reviews Best Buy award, which is the highest praise we can bestow.

It’s blisteringly fast, posted a superb battery life of 14hrs 40mins in our in-depth tests and boasts a simply sumptuous screen. And, if you’re still not sure about using a MacBook for day-to-day work, fret not: in the words of our original review, it’s “a completely practical laptop for most people”. Just make sure you snap it up while stocks last!

This Amazon Prime Day, you can nab the discounted version of the M1 MacBook Air in a choice of three typically classy colours: silver, gold and Space Grey. Meanwhile, you’re getting 256GB of internal storage (the 512GB version is on Amazon, but it’s secondhand) and 8GB of RAM.

Again, just make sure you get in there as soon as possible because Amazon Prime Day will only last until midnight on 12 July 2023. What’s more, we wouldn’t be surprised if the massively discounted MacBook Air sells out before then so it’s doubly important to be quick.
