Fans of Amazon’s Alexa will find the Echo Dot’s capabilities do a grand job, too, should you want to know about the weather, play a song or ask any queries that come to mind. Any audiophiles out there might want a little more from their speaker, but given the tiny price point and the equally tiny 3in woofer, the Echo Dot works wonderfully – particularly in a smaller room.
