Amazon has cut the price of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 for Black Friday
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S4 tablet is now £95 cheaper in an Amazon Black Friday deal.
The retailer has cut the the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4’s cost down from £509 to £414, making this iPad rival an appealing prospect if you’re shopping around for a tablet.
In our review, we praised the Galaxy Tab S4’s sumptuous design and excellent battery life, but had a few gripes with its ambition to compete with Apple’s iPad Pro and Microsoft’s various Surface devices.
“The Galaxy Tab S4 is an ambitious device, and it’s exciting to try out a tablet that seeks to push the boundaries of what Android can do,” wrote contributing editor Darien Graham-Smith in his review. “It feels like a long time since we’ve seen that. And there are several things about this tablet I like very much. The screen is great, the S Pen works brilliantly, the battery life is exceptional, and overall it feels like a proper premium piece of hardware. […] but the overall package lacks the slickness, the coherence and the sheer horsepower of the iPad Pro.”
