There’s deals galore on the Microsoft store as part of the Xbox Spring Sale
The Xbox Spring Sale is in full swing, and there are cracking deals to be had on both Xbox consoles and games. To be more specific, you’re looking at savings of up to 25% on Xbox One S console bundles, and anywhere from 25% to 80% on a massive selection of games. Even with the free games included in an Xbox Live Gold membership, these aren’t deals to be sniffed at.
Rather than let you trawl through a list of more than 500 games on the hunt for a great deal, we’ve cherry-picked a tiny selection of our favourites. The following list includes the biggest and best savings on brand-new games, popular titles from previous years, and Xbox One consoles.
Xbox Spring Sale: Best console deals
Xbox One X 1TB with Metro Saga – was £449, now £399
It’s rare to find an Xbox One X for less than £400, but there are quite a few bundles on offer in the Xbox Spring Sale. This is our favourite simply because it comes with both the 4K-ready console and three games: the fact that it’s the critically acclaimed Metro trilogy you’re bagging is an added bonus.
Xbox One S 1TB with The Division 2 – was £300, now £229
Tom Clancy’s cover shooter series has finally perfected the formula in The Division 2. Pair this brand-new game with a 1TB white Xbox One S console and one month’s free trial of both the Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold, all for £229, and you’re in business.
Any of the Xbox One S console deals you find on the Microsoft Store also come with your pick of either Forza Horizon 4 or Crackdown 3 for free, as well as an Apex Legends Founders Pack digital download key.

BioShock Collection – was £45, now £15
The BioShock series has an excellent reputation, and it’s now on offer at an excellent price. That’s BioShock 1, 2 and Infinite, for £15: venture beneath the waves or high above the clouds as you unravel the dark mysteries of Rapture and Columbia.
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – was £45, now £15
Prepare yourself for the carnage and absurdity of the upcoming Borderlands 3 by playing the previous two games in the series, Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. There’s £30 off this fantastically whacky co-op shooter – enhanced on Xbox One X – right now.
DOOM / Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus – was £56, now £28
Another bundle of two, this collection will have you slaying demons and Nazis as though you were born for it. Sure, they’re not particularly new, but if you’re looking for something to come home to after a long day of work, this £28 deal on two brilliant games will keep you satisfied.
EA Sports 19 bundle – was £115, now £58
This is a weird one, but for £58 (the price of one game), you’d be mad not to dive on this quadruple-game bundle for Xbox One. It includes the latest FIFA, Madden, NFL and NBA titles from publisher EA, so if you’re keen on your sports, there’s never been a better time to play.
There are frankly too many individual game deals to list, but that’s okay, because it means you’re guaranteed to find something to suit your tastes even if nothing you see here does.
