Forget Prime Day: The Xbox Super Game Sale is unmissable
Microsoft’s online store is hosting the Super Game Sale today to coincide with Prime Day
If the slew of Prime Day gaming deals haven’t captivated you, don’t fret. Microsoft is hosting its own mega-sale at the exact same time, in the hopes of luring a few disappointed gamers away from Amazon’s deal extravaganza.

There are over 700 titles on sale, including some very recent releases. Avalanche Studios’ Rage 2, for example, is currently on offer for £37, down from £50; The Division 2 has dropped to £35, also down from £50. This year’s FIFA outing (FIFA 19) is on offer for a very respectable £24, and the ever-popular Fallout 76 is down to £36.
Slay demons in style with Devil May Cry 5, currently on sale for £31, or take the fight to some terrifying beasts in Monster Hunter World, now only £16. Rockstar’s record-setting Red Dead Redemption 2 is also on sale for £42, a discount of £18.
Travel further back in time and you’ll still find some deals worth shouting about. Borderlands: The Handsome Collection offers two games for only £11. A vast number of Assassin’s Creed titles are on offer, including Assassin’s Creed III Remastered (was £30, now £21) and Assassin’s Creed Origins Gold Edition (was £80, now £32). The excellent Assassin’s Creed Ezio Collection – which includes three remastered games – is now £12, down from £40.
