iSave, uSave, we all Save on Prime Day
It may be approaching its third birthday, but Apple’s iPhone 7 has seen a pretty generous discount as part of Amazon’s annual Prime Day bonanza. Provided you pick one up before midnight on 16 July, an iPhone 7 with 32GB of internal storage will only set you back £345, down from the usual asking price of £409.
Should you require more internal storage – the iPhone 7, like the rest of Apple’s phones, doesn’t have a microSD slot – then the 128GB model might be more up your street, currently on offer for £425. That’s not too shabby considering Amazon usually asks for over £500 for one.
Despite this temporary low price, it’s worth remembering that the iPhone 7 is perhaps getting a bit long in the tooth by this point. It’s no longer the flagship of Apple’s fleet of iPhones and it certainly hasn’t been for quite some time.
But if you’re put off by the four-figured asking prices of its pricier bellwethers, then the iPhone 7 should still be just the ticket for lighter wallets. It hasn’t aged dramatically in the past three years, with its performance and camera still holding up under scrutiny.

Before you rip your wallet from your pocket, though, remember you’ll need a Prime membership to take advantage of this deal. If you aren’t already a member, Amazon has helpfully discounted its annual Amazon Prime membership down to just £59, rather than the usual price of £79. Like the iPhone 7 offer, this deal expires at midnight on 16 July. You can sign up for a 30-day free trial below.
