How to watch the French Open Final: Rafael Nadal versus Dominic Thiem
The world number 4 will aim to stop Nadal from lifting his record 12th trophy at Roland Garros today
The French Open Men’s Final between Spain’s Rafael Nadal and Austria’s Dominic Thiem takes place on Sunday, 9 June at 2pm on Court Philippe Chatrier.
Nadal defeated Roger Federer in straight sets to qualify for the Final. He has won the tournament a record 11 times and will be looking to retain the title for the third successive year.
The Spaniard will go up against Thiem who defeated World Number 1 Novak Djokovic in a five-set thriller that spanned over two days to reach his first French Open Final.
Britain’s Johanna Konta reached the French Open semi-final where she lost in straight sets to Marketa Vondrousova.
Australia’s Ashleigh Barty won the French Open Women’s Singles title on Saturday. The 23-year old won her first Grand Slam by defeating Vondrousova 6-1 6-3.
