Dyson Black Friday deals: HUGE savings on V10 and V15 Detect
The Dyson V15 and V10 vacuums are still enjoying Black Friday deals - but they can't stay cheap forever
This Black Friday, Dyson has gone overboard with the deals. The Dyson V10 Absolute, V15 Detect Absolute and V15 Detect + vacuum cleaners have seen discounts of OVER £100 in the sales: Dyson is known for making investment vacuum cleaners, but as with any high-end product, they rarely see a price reduction, so we were thrilled with these recent discounts.
Shoppers can now grab a V15 Detect + vacuum for just £450 directly from Dyson, with a complimentary detail cleaning kit worth £65 thrown in for free. The V15 Detect + is exclusive to Dyson, and comes equipped with de-tangling technology, whole machine HEPA filtration and is even able to automatically adapt its suction power.
Meanwhile, you can now snap up sibling machine the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum for just £500, bringing it down from a former £630. That means savings of a whopping £130 or 20% on Dyson’s top-of-the-range cordless vacuum cleaner – not bad for a brand known for its elusive sales.
If you’re balking at the thought of spending that much on a vacuum cleaner but are still interested in a top-nothc cordless machine, the Dyson V10 Absolute cordless model is still on sale with £104 slashed from its price tag – bringing it down to just £325. It could hardly be classed as a budget option – but if you’re after a punchy, fuss-free cordless vacuum, built to endure, now with a hefty price slash, this is a very robust offering indeed.
We were blown away by the V15 Detect: in our full-length Dyson V15 Detect Absolute review, we gave it a commendable four stars for its high-tech, anti-tangle technology, in addition to its well-calibrated combination of power and battery life (a tricky balance to attain with a cordless vacuum). The V15 Detect Absolute has laser dust detection technology; the head emits a green light which illuminates the yet-to-be-suctioned debris left on your floor, including otherwise indetectable dust particles.
The vacuum comes equipped with the usual suite of tools: a crevice tool (useful for back-of-the-sofa crumbs), a 2-in-1 brush-slash-angled vacuum tool, and a more delicate brush for hoovering up dust and lint on upholstery and soft furnishings. All-in-all, the V15 combines the tried-and-tested features of Dysons of yore with a roster of new technology that gives it an edge over competitors. In fact, our only bugbear with the V15 was its price, though with a whopping 20% lopped off, there’s less to quibble with on that front.
