Google have steep discounts on pretty much all of their smarthome devices

Want to pick up a few Google home speakers? Now is your best chance
Google is getting into the Christmas spirit by handing out discounts on a bunch of their smart home devices from the Google store, with deep discounts and even free delivery. How about that.
The Google Home Mini is £30 off, so you can snag it for £19, but you also pick up the Google Home for £40 off, letting you snag it for £49. The Google Home Max, which Jonathan Bray described as “the best all-round of the smart speakers produced by the big three,” is just £199 now, £100 off its usual price.
Considering we described it in the review as “the most flexible in terms of its connectivity” praising everything except the £400 price tag, discounts to bring it down to £199 make it nearly a must buy.
This is one of the few sale products that I actually own myself and it has pride of place in my living room, where the solid bass and Google Assistant implementation means it gets a lot of use.
Elsewhere, there’s a little duck in price for the newer Google Nest devices too, like the Google Nest Hub Max (down £20 to £199), the 2nd gen Nest Mini (£15 off for £34) and a pretty decent drop for the Nest Hub (down to £59 from £119)
If you’ve been looking to get a few smart speakers into your house, these discounts are going to really add up: saving £30 on a single speaker becomes quite a substantial saving if you’re snagging three or four different speakers at once. Outfitting an entire house has never been cheaper.
These prices have been matched elsewhere from time to time, but snagging these from Google comes with the benefit that you can shop from their whole range. Pick these up for your kitchen, bedroom, living room or… some other type of room we haven’t yet discussed. We can’t judge, we’re not your parents.
