Virgin TV customers can now watch Amazon Prime Video on their V6 boxes following update

To watch Amazon Prime Video on your V6 box, open the Prime Video app on the V6 app homepage and sign into your account

Virgin TV customers can now get access to the full Amazon Prime Video catalogue as part of the latest update to the firms’ V6 box.

This means, for the first time, V6 subscribers can watch the likes of Good Omens, The Grand Tour, The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel and Premier League matches without buying a separate Amazon Fire TV Stick.

It’s not a free service, however. You need to either sign in, or sign up, to an Amazon Prime subscription to access the shows on your V6 box. An Amazon Prime subscription costs £79 a year and includes Amazon Prime Video, plus free Amazon delivery, Amazon Music, access to Prime deals and more. You can read about all the Amazon Prime benefits here.
