Amazon Prime Day is drawing to a triumphant end, which means this deal on the Surface Pro 7 is about to expire. At a ridiculous £659, the mid-range Surface Pro 7 on offer is an incredible £121 cheaper than the lowest-spec model and is far and away the cheapest it has ever been on Amazon. This price resets at midnight tonight, so the clock is well and truly ticking.
With a tenth-gen Intel i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of SSD storage, this hybrid performs brilliantly for the price and does so at a mere 775g and 8.5mm thick. Most of that slim frame is occupied by a 12.3in IPS touchscreen display with a crisp 2,736 x 1,824 resolution and enough brightness to work in all but the brightest of conditions.

Fortunately, Prime members can nab the black Surface Pro Type Cover for £94, saving you £46 – not cheap, by any means, but still vastly cheaper than normal. And make sure you purchase it separately; if you click the “With Type Cover” button on the deal page, the price shoots up to £876.
Alternatively, you could nab a third-party keyboard cover for £40, although we can’t guarantee the same excellent typing experience our reviewer highlighted in his article.
If none of this persuades you, consider this: the Surface Pro 6 is currently £200 more expensive on Amazon right now. And that esteemed hybrid doesn’t even offer the latest Intel processors or USB-C compatibility. Foibles aside, then, this really is an exceptional deal.
