Amazon slashes £60 off its best e-reader in unmissable Black Friday deal
Once again saving its peachiest Black Friday deals for its own products, Amazon has slashed a QUARTER off the price of the Kindle Oasis 8GB. The best e-reader ever is now its best price ever, tumbling from £229.99 to a bookworm-tastic £169.99.
The latest 2019 edition of the Kindle Oasis is a heck of a product. Our five-star review called it “the best e-reader you can buy”, hailing its large high-resolution display and blue light filter, which makes nighttime reading much easier on the eyes.
We wrote: “With Audible audiobook support, IPX8 waterproofing, a super-sleek design and Amazon’s peerless ebook catalogue included, the Kindle Oasis remains at the top of the e-reader tree. It’s simply sublime.”
The slimline Oasis also supports Bluetooth playback of Audible audiobooks and automatically adjusts its brightness and page orientation. And like all Kindles, it includes access to Amazon’s Family Library, which lets you share your books.
The 32BG and 32GB+data models haven’t been treated to the same dazzling price cut yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
