Save £100 on the Garmin Vivoactive 3 smartwatch and fitness tracker for Black Friday

As part of the latest Black Friday deals, the Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music is now £100 cheaper at £150 – down from £250

It may have been surpassed by a number of rivals in recent years, including models within the Garmin range, but the Vivoactive 3 Music is still a great multisport watch. It’s everything that was so great about the original Vivoactive 3 – a good looking sporty smartwatch with built-in GPS and heartrate monitoring – with space for up to 500 songs. And yes, you can use Spotify if you’re a paid-up member.

And now, as part of the latest Black Friday deals, it’s £100 cheaper: a bargain £150, down from £250.

Unsurprisingly at such a compelling price point, it’s proved popular. That means there is a slight delivery day, with Very claiming it will be available to ship again from 12 December. Still a chance to get it in time for Christmas then, if you’re quick.

It effortlessly combines smartwatch and fitness tracker in one stylish package. That means you can of course wear it for excercise, but it’s also comfortable enough for all-day use and looks suitably sophisticated for the office.

It tracks swimming as well as running, cycling and workouts, and while it may not have the same smarts as Wear OS watches or the mighty Apple Watch, it does the basics extremely well.

As our reviewer, Pete Clarke, explains in his Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music review: “We’ve always considered Garmin’s Vivoactive 3 an impressive fitness watch, even without music playback. The Vivoactive 3 Music provides the icing on the cake, turning the mid-range sports watch into a truly best-in-class wrist wearable.”

We’ve seen the regular Vivoactive 3 around this price before, and it’s always been a solid recommendation providing features of wearables that sell for twice the price. Having the improved Music version at the same price is an easy endorsement for runners and cyclists who can now leave their phones at home and not have to go without their precious tunes. £150 is simply incredible value for money.
