Want a shot at a FREE iPhone 11? Register your interest at Vodafone

Lots of network providers are offering pre-register incentives - but Vodafone has upped the ante

These days, it seems par for the course that all the major network providers offer various freebies, goodies and cashback giveaways ahead of the launch of a major new smartphone. It’s certainly the case with the eagerly awaited iPhone 11, which will be available to pre-order as of tomorrow (Friday 13 September). But if you register your interest at Vodafone’s website, you may well end up getting your hands on said handset… for free.

Ah, we seem to have caught your attention.

Yep: if you enter all the usual details at Vodafone, and you could be among the 11 lucky people who can pick up an iPhone 11 – or indeed any Apple phone that Vodafone has in stock. As with any competition, there are a few caveats. Bear in mind it’s purely the handset you’d win: no SIM, no contract. Also, you’ll need to move quickly, since registration closes at 12.59pm tomorrow – one minute before the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max launch, and become available on a pre-order basis.

Naturally, the latest Apple phone boasts all sorts of new specs and features. Powered by the company’s A13 Bionic chip, it’s the fastest smartphone Apple has ever created – and it boasts an extra hour of battery time compared to its predecessor. Those who go crazy for cameras will drool at the addition of a secondary 120-degree wide-angle lens, as well as a selfie camera that is now capable of 4K recording. And that’s just the 11 itself – you can expect plenty more bells and whistles from its turbo-charged siblings, the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max.

Which all means that, as ever, prices for the iPhone 11 and its stablemates are set to be stratospheric. So go on: give it a whirl at Vodafone. What have you got to lose? (Apart from your mates, if you actually win one.)
