Slip your running shoes on and dash over to Amazon: the Polar Ignite has seen its price slashed in the build-up to Black Friday, with huge savings of up to £53.
There are some tempting discounts across almost the entire range of available colours and sizes. The biggest saving is £53 off the Pink Rose version, bringing the price down to just £85 from an Amazon average of £138.
If pink isn’t your colour, you can grab the Polar Ignite in black from as little as £96 – down from an average of £138 – or in white from just £120, down from an average of £155. For context, those are the lowest prices we’ve seen on Amazon for those Pink Rose and standard black variants.
The Polar Ignite isn’t the most recent generation – it’s since been followed by the Ignite 2 and Ignite 3 – but there’s a lot to like about its tremendous battery life, smart features and stylish, minimalist design.
In our full-length Polar Ignite review, we gave it three stars due to its inaccurate GPS tracking and occasional heart rate monitoring blips, but those quirks are much easier to forgive now that the price has dipped below the £100 mark. The battery life – enough to last roughly five days of regular use – deserves a huge thumbs up, and casual runners and fitness beginners will learn alot from the Ignite’s combination of workout, sleep and recovery tracking features. For the money, you will not get a more feature-packed running watch.
